Voodi24.ee transmits the personal data for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB and ESTO AS.<\/p>\n

Which personal data are processed?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0name, phone number and e-mail address;\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0delivery address;\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0bank account number;\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0cost of goods and services and data related to payments (purchase history);\u00a0\u2013\u00a0customer support data;\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0IP address.\u00a0<\/p>\n

For which purposes are personal data processed?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal data is used to manage the customer\u2019s orders and to deliver goods.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Purchase history data (date of purchase, goods, quantity, customer data) are used to put together\u00a0 an overview of the goods and services purchased, to analyse customer preferences and, among\u00a0 other things, for the purposes of resolving consumer disputes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The bank account number is used to reimburse payments to the customer.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Personal data such as the e-mail address, telephone number and name of the customer are\u00a0 processed to handle any issues relating to the provision of goods and services (customer support).\u00a0 E-mail is also used in order to forward invoices and the telephone number is used to notify the\u00a0 customer about their goods arriving in the parcel locker.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The IP address or other online identifiers of users of the online shop are processed for the provision\u00a0 of the online shop as an information society service and for web use statistics.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Legal basis<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purpose of processing personal data is to fulfil the agreement entered into with the customer\u00a0 (managing the customer\u2019s orders, delivery, returning goods and reimbursing payments).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Personal data are processed in order to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. for accounting).\u00a0<\/p>\n

The processing of personal data, i.e. the collection of purchase history data for the purposes of\u00a0 resolving potential consumer disputes, is necessary due to the controller\u2019s legitimate interest.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Recipients of personal data\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Name, telephone number and e-mail address are forwarded to the transport service provider\u00a0 selected by the customer. If the goods are delivered by a courier, the customer\u2019s contact details, as\u00a0 well as their address, are forwarded to the courier.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If an outside service provider handles the accounting for the online shop, the personal data is\u00a0 forwarded to that service provider to perform the accounting operations.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Personal data may be forwarded to IT service providers if this is needed to ensure the functionality\u00a0 of the online shop or to host data.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Security and access to data\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal data are stored in the servers of Zone Media O\u00dc, which are located on the territory of a member state\u00a0 of the European Union or states of the European Economic Area. Data may be forwarded to states\u00a0 whose level of data protection is sufficient according to the European Commission or to a company\u00a0 of a third state to which a safeguard specified in articles 46 or 47 or in subsection 49 (1) of the\u00a0 GDPR has been applied.<\/p>\n

Personal data can be accessed by the staff of the online shop in order to resolve technical issues\u00a0 related to the use of the online shop and to provide customer support.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The online shop applies the relevant physical, organisational and IT security measures in order to\u00a0 protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, amendment or unauthorised\u00a0 access and disclosure.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Personal data are forwarded to processors (e.g. the transport service provider and data hosts) on\u00a0 the basis of contracts between the online shop and processors. Upon processing data, the processors\u00a0 are obliged to ensure the relevant safeguards in accordance with article 28 of the GDPR.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Access to and rectification of personal data\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal data can be accessed and rectified via the online shop\u2019s user profile or customer support.\u00a0 If a purchase is made without a user account, personal data can be accessed via customer support.\u00a0 If the request to access personal data has been submitted electronically, the information will also\u00a0 be provided via commonly used electronic means.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Withdrawal of consent\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

If personal data are processed with the customer\u2019s consent, the customer has the right to withdraw\u00a0 their consent by making relevant changes in the user account\u2019s settings or by notifying customer\u00a0 support via e-mail.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Storage\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personal data are erased upon deleting the online shop\u2019s customer account, except for the personal\u00a0 data (purchase history) which are necessary for accounting or to resolve consumer disputes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In the event of disputes regarding payments and consumer disputes, personal data are stored until\u00a0 the claim is settled or the limitation period expires.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The personal data in original accounting documents is stored for seven years.<\/p>\n

Restriction<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the data are incorrect, incomplete or processed unlawfully, the customer has the right to request\u00a0 the restriction of the processing of their personal data.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Objections\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The customer has the right to submit objections regarding the processing of their personal data if\u00a0 they have a reason to believe that there is no legal basis to process their personal data.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Erasure\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the erasure of personal data, customer support should be contacted by e-mail. Requests for\u00a0 erasure are responded to within one month and the period of erasure is specified. The response to\u00a0 the request will also indicate which personal data will not be erased, on which legal basis and why.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Transfer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Requests to transfer personal data submitted via e-mail are responded to within one month.\u00a0 Customer support identifies the person and indicates which personal data is to be transferred.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Direct marketing messages\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The name,e-mail address and telephone number are used to send direct marketing messages if the\u00a0 customer has consented to receiving such messages. If the customer does not wish to receive direct\u00a0 marketing messages, they should select the relevant link at the footer of the e-mail or contact\u00a0 customer support.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes (profiling), the customer has the\u00a0 right to object at any time both to the initial and further processing of their personal data, including\u00a0 profiling related to direct marketing, by notifying customer support thereof via e-mail.<\/p>\n

Resolution of disputes\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Disputes concerning the processing of personal data are settled through customer support (phone +372 56280826and e-mail info@voodi24.ee<\/a>).
